One year after Littler Mendelson elected Kate Mrkonich Wilson as chair, another female shareholder will take over the role of managing director and president at the firm. Erin Webber, who has held positions as managing shareholder in the firm’s Denver and Kansas City offices, will take over from current co-presidents Tom Bender and Jeremy Roth in January 2021.

“Over the past eight years, Tom and Jeremy have successfully led our firm and cemented its position as the world’s leading labor and employment law firm, growing Littler to more than 1,500 attorneys in 94 offices across 23 countries,” Wilson said in a statement. “We look forward to Erin taking on the role in 2021. Her extensive legal background and deep understanding of Littler make her the right choice to expand upon Tom and Jeremy’s efforts, as well as to continue the steady guidance of steering the firm through the ongoing issues associated with the pandemic. Erin’s leadership experience, talent and vision will be instrumental as we continue to advance the firm’s strategic business goals over the next eight years.”
