Miller Canfield and Debevoise & Plimpton have each announced they are making some changes to their efforts around diversity and inclusion, with Miller Canfield promoting Michelle Crockett to be the firm’s first chief diversity officer and Debevoise hiring former Hogan Lovells director of inclusion Leslie Richards-Yellen as its new director of diversity and inclusion. 

Crockett assumed her new role Wednesday, while Richards-Yellen will officially start Aug. 24.
