While lateral hiring has generally been sluggish during the pandemic, there's been a noticeable uptick in movement of life sciences attorneys. That activity—and the increased work firms are seeing in that space—is being driven by several factors.
McDermott Will & Emery. Goodwin Procter. Perkins Coie. Paul Hastings. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. These are a few of the major firms that have made investments in their respective life sciences practices. In the last month. Paul Hastings even launched a consulting group around the practice.
