Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, Cravath, Swaine & Moore and Davis Polk & Wardwell all landed roles in the IPO of data collection/software/consulting firm Palantir as it looks to go public 17 years after it was founded by current CEO Alex Karp, Nathan Gettings, Joe Lonsdale, Stephen Cohen and Peter Thiel.
The IPO is expected to be the largest since Uber's in 2019 and the company will be listed as PLTR on the New York Stock Exchange.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota. Yalowitz of Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer have entered their appearances for Hanaco Venture Capital and its executives, Lior Prosor and David Frankel, in a pending securities lawsuit. The action, filed on Dec. 24 in New York Southern District Court by Zell, Aron & Co. on behalf of Goldeneye Advisors, accuses the defendants of negligently and fraudulently managing the plaintiff's $1 million investment.
