As a growing number of firms seek and achieve Mansfield certification—a designation meant to ensure representative promotion processes at law firms—the organization that created the program is also looking to make it more accessible to midsize firms and boutiques.

One hundred law firms are now “Mansfield 3.0″ certified, an increase of more than 40 firms over the previous year, according to legal diversity organization Diversity Lab.
