Many firms are making structural changes to their staff as the pandemic continues into its sixth full month of influence, and Am Law 200 firm Quarles & Brady is making some changes at the top. 

As of Oct. 1, the firm will split outgoing firm chairwoman Kim Johnson’s role into two, with current managing partner Mike Aldana continuing his role in that capacity while also taking on the internal elements of the firm chairman role. A newly created president position will now be occupied by Brad Vynalek, who will focus on strategic client growth and client collaboration, according the the firm.
