The pandemic has led to significant changes in firms, such as improved efficiency and collaboration, but concerns have emerged this year over retention, burnout and morale, according to a new study.

The study from staffing firm Robert Half suggests remote work has added new digital tools and flexibility to daily life in the law—creating some advantages in the workplace—and that firms are expected to keep salaries steady and continue generating creative incentive packages.
