Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer's newly elected senior partner Georgia Dawson, the first woman to lead the global firm in its 277-year history, is keenly focused on modernizing its culture. But don't expect the firm to move away from the lockstep model.
"We're a lockstep firm, and we're going to remain a lockstep firm," she said in an interview Friday.
