With remote work still a mainstay at firms around the country, and lawyers willing to consider a new thing, distributed firm FisherBroyles continues to expand at a rapid rate in 2020, adding three partners in widespread locations ranging from Salt Lake City to Miami this week.

FisherBroyles is one of the firms that have been aggressive in the partner hiring market this year, adding lawyers at a faster clip than most, according to statistics compiled by legal consultant Decipher for the eight-month period that ended Aug. 31. During the uncertain times of the pandemic, the low-overhead firm is in position to pick up Big Law lawyers who are looking for a different environment.
