Law firm business leaders at regional firms are cautiously optimistic about their growth strategies over the next three years, according to a recent survey. At the same time, they are closely watching economic conditions and change-resistant attorneys that pose the highest risks to profitability.

The Thomson Reuters Institute’s 2020 Law Firm Business Leaders Report: Outlook for U.S.-Based Local and Regional Firms, surveyed 58 professionals who are specifically tasked with running the firm’s business operations, between Aug. 28 and Sept. 23.
