Proskauer Rose and Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson have joined the year-end bonus fray with twists of their own, a small sign of differentiation as firms once again begin to follow market leaders like Cravath, Swaine & Moore.

Both Proskauer and Fried Frank are paying their associates on a scale similar to what Cravath announced last week: Two bonuses which combined pay out $22,500 to first-year associates and up to $140,000 for senior associates.
