Litigation boutique Kaplan Hecker & Fink is adding two white-collar and litigation lawyers: one a longtime partner at Buckley and the other a former federal prosecutor.
The new hires are partner Valerie Hletko, a financial services regulatory specialist in Washington, D.C., who had been at Buckley since its founding, and New York counsel Shawn G. Crowley, formerly a Southern District of New York prosecutor.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays.
