Saying a former associate's latest filings alleging widespread racial bias are "opportunistic" and "flatly contradicted" his original complaint, Davis Polk & Wardwell has again called on a federal judge to dismiss the suit.

Kaloma Cardwell filed a second amended complaint in the case Nov. 18, after U.S. District Judge Gregory Woods of the Southern District of New York dismissed many of his claims in October. The firm filed a motion late last week, seeking dismissal of the new complaint.
