With the energy industry in transition, moving from hydrocarbons to renewables, firms with energy practices have been following a similar path by adding lawyers with expertise in areas such as wind, solar, hydrogen and carbon capture. That trend is expected to accelerate in 2021, even as COVID-19 interjects uncertainty.
