Nixon Peabody has elected Boston health-care dealmaker Stephen Zubiago as its next managing partner, replacing outgoing leader Andrew Glincher after 10 years in the role.

The change in leadership comes after a year in which Nixon Peabody had several austerity measures and cuts. Going forward, Nixon Peabody is eyeing two California markets for growth, while preparing to reap the benefits from reducing office footprints before the pandemic.
