A 20-year member of Wells Fargo's in-house legal team has left to join Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders' consumer financial services practice group, bringing to the firm an insider's perspective of a longtime client and the third-largest U.S. bank by asset size.
Susan Flint has overseen a variety of complex litigation and regulatory issues as senior vice president and assistant general counsel at Wells Fargo, frequently working with the bank's outside counsel at Troutman Pepper, who as of Monday are her colleagues.
