O’Melveny & Myers said Thursday that it’s reshuffling its leadership ranks, naming new co-leaders of its litigation and corporate departments, three new office managing partners, and creating a second vice chair role, among other changes.
Dan Petrocelli, the chair of the firm’s trial practice, is now also the firm’s second vice chair, joining Los Angeles-based Mark Samuels.
