Roche Cyrulnik Freedman (RCF), a litigation boutique spun off of Boies Schiller Flexner in early 2020, is suing ex-name partner and co-founder Jason Cyrulnik for allegedly refusing to leave the firm after being voted out of the partnership and for demanding that he be paid more than what is owed to him under the firm's partnership agreement.
