A Cravath, Swaine & Moore partner joined Sidley Austin on Tuesday in a rare move away from the lockstep partnership firm.
Johnny Skumpija has joined Sidley's New York office as a partner in its capital markets practice, the firm said. Skumpija advises corporate clients and financial institutions in capital markets and corporate matters, including initial public offerings, direct listings and other equity financings, debt financings and M&A, among other matters.
