Gen Z law students appear to be picking up the torch of their millennial predecessors in advocating for flexibility and purpose in their work, a new survey by Major, Lindsey & Africa found, signaling the permanent place remote and flexible work arrangements will have in the legal industry long after the pandemic is over.
