In a year when it picked off a number of prominent partners from other big firms, Paul Hastings saw 3.2% revenue growth and a 14.2% increase in profits per partner, as the firm sought to make itself as valuable as possible to its most significant clients. 

“The results have validated our strategy to focus on the most important matters for our leading clients,” firm chairman Seth Zachary said in an interview. “We were able to respond to special needs during the pandemic, and that strategy served us well.”
