Boies Schiller Flexner New York partner Harlan Levy is joining Foley Hoag in New York starting May 10. He is the seventh Boies Schiller partner to leave the firm this year.

Levy rejoined Boies Schiller in 2015 after leaving the New York State Office of the Attorney General where he was chief deputy attorney general for four years. A white-collar and investigations attorney, Levy has represented life insurance company Centene, the Commonwealth of Kentucky and Delta Airlines. His long tenure at Boies Schiller also included a 10-year stint at Boies before serving in the state Attorney General’s Office.
