The 2021 Am Law 200: Ranked by Gross Revenue
A newly formed firm found a home at the top of the Second Hundred this year, and an Am Law 100 mainstay saw a steep decline.

Gross revenue for the Second Hundred increased in 2020 by 1.1%, down from the 5% increase in 2019. The Second Hundred's growth rate lagged behind The Am Law 100 which posted a 6.6% increase in average gross revenue in 2020.
While 21 Am Law 100 firms posted double-digit increases in gross revenue, just seven Second Hundred firms did. Among the Second Hundred firms, Cole Schotz had the largest increase, 21.2%. Five Second Hundred firms had double-digit decline in gross revenue. Boies Schiller Flexner posted the largest decline, 38.3%.
