Weil, Gotshal & Manges is adding two litigation partners from Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, including a lawyer who will serve as co-head of its complex commercial litigation practice.

The firm said Wednesday the new additions are practice co-leader Andrew Tulumello and Chantale Fiebig, both of whom will boost the firm’s capabilities in Washington, D.C., as courts reopen and enforcement is expected to pick up.
