Law Firm Office Launches and Closures
Shook, Hardy & Bacon is planting its flag in St. Louis, adding a 10-attorney environmental and toxic torts litigation team from Capes Sokol. It's Shook's third group acquisition this year from a midsize firm, after opening in New York City in January and acquiring a virtual law firm in March that merged with its Seattle office.
