There is no one-size-fits-all approach to bringing Big Law back into the office. That applies to flexible work arrangements and who gets the benefit of them. 

Several firms, for instance, have different in-office expectations between attorneys and various professional staff, believing certain staff has work that simply needs to be performed in the office. But Stroock & Stroock & Lavan isn’t sold on that.
