Eversheds Sutherland’s legal services subsidiary Konexo has now been operating in the United States for a full year, and it’s about to crack the eight-figure mark for revenue in 2021.

Konexo U.S. head Carmen Brun said that the unit—which specializes in on-demand lawyering, regulatory research and support for regulatory investigations—has already matched in the first five months of this year what it earned in 2020 after a mid-June launch in the U.S. That’s partly due to a spike in legal staffing demand during the pandemic.
