Former Jones Day associates Mark Savignac and Julia Sheketoff have asked a Washington, D.C., federal judge to restrict leaders at the firm from viewing discovery materials in their suit alleging that the firm's parental leave policy discriminates against fathers, arguing the restriction is necessary to protect other employees at the firm.
