Legal diversity organization Diversity Lab is kicking off the fifth year of its Mansfield certification process. As with every year, Diversity Lab is asking the participating firms to do more—for this round that means including executive-level staff, Chambers and Partners rankings and U.K. firms.

“I felt very uncertain last year with COVID and the pandemic,” said Lisa Kirby, chief intelligence and knowledge sharing officer. “I feel really good about this year with all the new challenges that we’re putting forth with the firms. We want to keep challenging the firms to build on what they accomplish.”
