Holland & Knight and four Tampa partners, already facing a $400 million suit filed by a disgruntled client, have been sued twice more in Florida by related parties making similar allegations in connection with litigation that led to an adverse judgment.

In May, Florida surgeon James St. Louis sued Holland & Knight and Tampa partners Bradford Kimbro, Joseph Varner III, Stacy Blank and W. Keith Fendrick, in a complaint filed in Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in Orange County.
