As law firms map out their post-pandemic office returns and flexible work offerings, their leaders are also just getting back in the swing of their firmwide rounds.

It’s been over a year since Bob Bodian of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Pompeo said, fairly early in the COVID-19 pandemic, that he missed seeing his partners but didn’t “miss LaGuardia.” And since Kim Koopersmith of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld said the lack of travel, even for just a few months at the time, made her realize how much she misses interacting with her partners in person.
