McGuireWoods is planning to bring its employees back into the office in a hybrid fashion beginning the day after Labor Day in September—although, like many other firms, the COVID-19 delta variant threatens to change these plans.
"We spent a lot of time thinking very carefully about what our next steps are. I think that this delta variant issue may temporarily upset that for everybody," McGuireWoods managing partner Tracy Walker said.
