Amid the explosion of infections from the COVID-19 delta variant, McDermott Will & Emery and Schiff Hardin are among the latest firms to delay office return dates as well as mandate vaccines for personnel entering offices.

In a memo to McDermott personnel Monday afternoon, firm chair Ira Coleman issued three noticeable shifts in firm policy around the broad reopening of offices, vaccine requirements and mask-wearing.
