There's a mantra of sorts at the 43-lawyer, Nashville, Tennessee-based law firm, Bone McAllester Norton: Do good. Have fun. Make money.
Leaders at No. 171-ranked Spencer Fane didn't say those exact words when the two started merger talks more than a year ago, said Charles Robert Bone, president and CEO of Bone McAllester. But it turns out they were speaking the same language.
