There's been no holiday lull for Ropes & Gray as the firm announced the addition of two lateral mergers and acquisitions partners in consecutive days this week. The firm added technology partner Kate Withers from Latham & Watkins to its New York office Tuesday and finance partner Gregory Bauer from Holland & Knight to its Chicago office Wednesday.
