Nixon Peabody and Lowenstein Sandler are the latest firms to demonstrate their belief that in-person collaboration will be a fundamental part of the flexible future, unveiling new spaces in Chicago and New York, respectively, that aim to establish the office as a destination.

Both firms have opted to keep the same address while reimagining their space. Nixon Peabody relocated Monday to a slightly smaller new office in Chicago’s Loop. Lowenstein Sandler, meanwhile, announced last week that it had signed a new lease to grow its Midtown Manhattan office.
