Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel has established an intellectual property and information technology practice in Paris, recruiting a trademark specialist with dual French-American qualifications to build out its offering in a field that is surging in France.

Mathilde Carle joins as a counsel from Godin Associés, a Paris-based boutique where she headed the IP practice. A member of the New York and Paris bars, she holds an LL.M. from Cornell and a master’s degree in literary, artistic industrial property law from the University of Paris II, Panthéon Assas.
