The current state of the COVID-19 pandemic has large law firms taking very different stances on whether to reopen offices and require in-office attendance, even if part-time, or to postpone that step once again.

Citing concerns over COVID-19 and child care, some Big Law firms with Pennsylvania roots have opted for another round of delays to bringing employees back to the office, with at least one postponing its office return date until January 2022.
