The April 2022 trial to resolve the fight between the bankruptcy trustee for LeClairRyan and UnitedLex over culpability for the former's collapse will go forward as scheduled, without the inclusion of 13 former directors and officers of the firm who were recently sued by the trustee for $41.5 million.
