Celebrity lawyer Lisa Bloom reiterated claims that O’Melveny & Myers and Glaser Weil Fink Howard Avchen & Shapiro pulled punches in their internal investigation of sexual misconduct allegations against Guess Inc. co-founder Paul Marciano in a new federal lawsuit in which a model accused Marciano of rape.

In a complaint filed Friday in California’s Central District, an anonymous former model became the latest woman to accuse Marciano of sexual misconduct, claiming that the founder raped her after coercing her into his hotel room under the premise of a career opportunity.
