Stroock & Stroock & Lavan announced today that the firm brought on former Perkins Coie clean technology industry group co-chairman John Pierce and 20-year energy attorney Jason Kuzma as partners.
Both will be part of the firm's corporate practice, focusing on expanding the derivatives, commodities and energy team within that practice group. While both attorneys are physically located in Seattle, the firm's flexible work program and the pair's national practice dictate that they will be spending time in a variety of U.S. offices.
