Jean Park, 13-year veteran of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and former head of the firm’s emerging growth companies practice, is moving to Cooley. Park will join the firm as a partner in Cooley’s public companies practice and be resident in New York.

Park, who had spent her entire legal career at Simpson Thacher until now, said there were a few factors that facilitated the move, including Cooley’s “platform in terms of its ability to provide high caliber services throughout the company lifecycle.”
