Citing the latest surge of COVID-19 cases, Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo is putting its formal return-to-office policy on pause, according to a firm memo obtained by Law.com. The firm isn't setting a new date for a formal return, and emphasized that different lawyers and groups might have varying needs for in-office time versus remote work going forward.
