Following the December dismissal of a long-running lawsuit between Marvel Entertainment Chairman Issac Perlmutter and Canadian businessman Harold Peerenboom, Perlmutter's wife, Laura Perlmutter, is suing Kasowitz Benson Torres and former partner Michael Paul Bowen for "malicious prosecution" and emotional distress arising from the lawsuit, which the plaintiff says had "no legal basis."
