The surge in COVID-19 cases caused by the highly-contagious omicron variant has many law firms once again changing their plans for in-office work and meetings.

Law firms that have yet to fully return to the office are again delaying their returns, some for the third or fourth time. Some have offered tentative return dates, others have avoided setting a date altogether.
