Former SEC Regional Director Daniel Wadley has joined Greenberg Traurig's Salt Lake City office as a shareholder in the firm's securities litigation and white-collar defense and special investigations practices, the Am Law 100 firm announced on Thursday.
Wadley is the sixth shareholder to join the Salt Lake City office in the past year and the second ex-government lawyer to arrive at the eight-shareholder office after the April 2021 hiring of former U.S. Attorney John Huber.
