Latham & Watkins has recruited lawyers from Vinson & Elkins and Davis Polk & Wardwell to help lead its environmental, social and governance practice, in the latest sign of growing competition for legal talent in this space.

Sarah Fortt from Vinson & Elkins and Betty Moy Huber, most recently a co-leader of Davis Polk’s ESG group, will join London-based partner Paul Davies as global co-leaders of Latham’s ESG practice, the firm said Monday.
