Clark Hill has combined with Arizona firm Ryley Carlock & Applewhite, adding 18 lawyers and an office in Phoenix on Tuesday as the Detroit-founded firm continues to expand in high-growth markets.
The deal is the second for Clark Hill this year, as it merged earlier this month with Dublin's Eames Solicitors, adding four solicitors and boosting the Am Law 200 firm's lawyer count to 26 in the Republic of Ireland's capital city.
