Hughes Hubbard & Reed has hired former CIA case officer and government attorney Kevin Carroll from Wiggin and Dana. He joins Hughes Hubbard's white-collar and regulatory defense and anti-corruption and internal investigations practices in Washington, D.C., and New York, the firm said Tuesday.
