Paul Hastings onboarded Covington & Burling securities and capital markets practice co-head Chris DeCresce on Monday. DeCresce joins as a partner and is based out of New York.
DeCresce, who spent the last seven years at Covington, said he wasn't looking to make a move when a headhunter contacted him and suggested taking a look at Paul Hastings.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays.
